Technical consulting for real estate, clearly explained.
For AAPTC, Lamptey Media developed the website of an independent consultancy for the technical condition of hotels and commercial properties, from technical due diligence to operator organisation under GEFMA 190.

01 / Starting point
A field full of standards.
A website that explains it.
The challenge
Technical asset management needs explaining. Terms like GEFMA 190, operator obligations or CAPEX mean a lot to specialists and often little to owners. On top of that, the services range from a one-off inspection before a purchase to ongoing support for a portfolio, and every service should remain understandable on its own and bookable individually.
The solution
The result is a calm, dark website that explains the benefit first and the standard second. Six services stand side by side as equals, the hotel sector has its own focus, and five steps show how a site inspection becomes a prioritised list of defects.
02 / Insights
From the first impression
to the approach.

03 / Delivery
What was
actually built.
- Positioning as an independent consultancy acting in the owner’s interest
- Responsive website for desktop and mobile
- Six individually bookable services, each described in detail
- GEFMA 190 and technical due diligence in plain language
- A dedicated focus on the hotel sector
- A five-step approach from the initial call to the recommendation
- Defects by urgency: immediate, short-term, plannable
- Contact form with a choice between enquiry and call-back
- Technical SEO foundation and structured data
- Review in the draft: change requests marked directly on the page
04 / Result
Clear services.
Short paths.
AAPTC now has a website that makes a technical field understandable for owners, asset managers and property managers. Every service stands on its own, and each one offers a direct path to an enquiry or a call-back.
